Cash
to Card Copies
The Smart Vend Cash to Copies System is
a combination of hardware, and software that address
the needs of small value transaction automation
in a closed environment. The system is made up of
several components including:
Customers are issued an initial
card either from a manager or the cards can be purchased
from the Cash to Card Station.
Value can be added at any
time to the card by inserting the card into the
Cash to Card Center and next inserting US currency
into the bill acceptor.
Additional cards can be purchased
at any time for a nominal fee from the Cash to Card
Center. To purchase an additional card, the customer
would need to select the Buy Card Button and insert
a bill of the correct denomination and a card will
be dispensed.
To use the copiers, the customer
will insert their card into the reader, the balance
will be displayed on the reader and the machine
will be initialized. Next the customer will start
copying and when complete the customer will press
the return button, their card balance will be updated
and the card returned.
The Cash to Card Revalue
Station will allow the customers to check the balance
on their card at any time, all they need to do is
simply insert their card and the reader will display
the value.
