Credit
to Smart Card Copies
The Smart
Vend Credit to Smart Card Photocopy System is
a combination of hardware, software and a telephone
line that address the needs of small value transaction
automation in a closed environment. The system is
made up of several components including:
Customers are issued an initial
Smart Card either from a manager or a card can be
purchased from the Credit to Card Revalue Station.
Value can be added at any
time to the Smart Card by inserting the card into
the Credit to Card Center and next swiping a credit
or debit card. Once the transaction is processed
the value is added to the card and a receipt is
printed.
To use the photocopiers,
the customer will insert their Smart Card into the
reader, the copier will initialize and the reader
will display the value on the card. Next the customer
will start copying and the reader will deduct amount
for copies from the Smart Card. When complete the
customer will press the return button and the card
will be returned.
The Credit to Card Revalue
Station will allow the customers to check the balance
on their Smart Card at any time, all they need to
do is simply insert their card and the reader will
display the value.
