Credit
to Smart Card Laundry
The Smart
Vend Credit to Smart Card Laundry System is
a combination of hardware, software and a telephone
line that address the needs of small value transaction
automation in a closed environment. The system is
made up of several components including:
Customers are issued an initial
Smart Card either from a manager, or a card can
be purchased from the Credit to Card Revalue Station.
Value can be added at any
time to the Smart Card by inserting the card into
the Credit to Card Revalue Station and next swiping
a credit or debit card. Once the transaction is
processed the value is added to the card and a receipt
is printed.
To use the washers and dryers,
the customer will insert their Smart Card into the
machines reader opening and the machine will display
the value on the card. Next the customer will select
a cycle, the reader will deduct the vend price from
the Smart Card and the machine will start.
The Credit to Card Revalue
Station will allow the customers to check the balance
on their Smart Card at any time, all they need to
do is insert their card and the reader will display
the value.
